Working as an in-house motion graphics artist, video editor, and illustrator for Walmart's eCommerce team, I created a variety of assets including paid ads and organic media that increased engagement and brand awareness.
XBOX & PS5 paid ads
As part of Walmart's marketing campaign for the release of the Xbox and PS5, I created paid ads to promote these products. My responsibilities included video editing, adding motion graphics overlays, and ensuring the ads were on brand and effective in generating sales.
Black Friday event paid ads
For Walmart's Black Friday sales event, I helped create these motion graphic paid ads that revealed each product's price following a silhouette. The goal was to generate interest and increase awareness of the sale.
Instagram & Facebook story post
Social media designs created to promote Walmart and Ellen Degeneres' partnership campaign, "Ellen's List," and drive product sales.
Organic social posts
To increase awareness and engagement for Walmart's curbside pickup services, I created interactive games for Walmart's Instagram and Facebook Stories. This project involved illustrating and creating motion graphics to develop the assets.
Created social media stories for Walmart.com, focusing on football snack inspiration during the 2020 football season. Responsibilities included set design, product selection, and creating on-brand frames and animated stickers. The post was a top performer, achieving 400% above benchmark and driving sales on Walmart.com.
Storytime social posts
I was responsible for editing and adding illustrations and motion graphics to Walmart's "Storytime" series, featuring a Walmart associate reading promoted books to promote reading among younger audiences during the pandemic and increase engagement. Notably, a featured reader for one of the books was celebrity LeBron James.
